Ando Heilmann, CEO
I have a genuine passion for helping companies achieve greater efficiency and sustainable growth through digital transformation and process automation. I have over 5 years of experience using Odoo ERP software, and since 2024, I have assisted several companies in implementing Odoo. Therefore, I have experience with Odoo from both the client and implementation sides.
I have over 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing company (Artproof OÜ), and the years spent there provided me with valuable knowledge about the digitalization of manufacturing processes, reducing bureaucracy, and optimizing workflows using Odoo ERP, which led to significant growth and improved efficiency. My practical experience, combined with the academic knowledge gained at the University of Tartu, allows me to help companies optimize their processes and achieve excellent results.
I look forward to new collaboration opportunities and challenges to support Estonian companies in their growth and development ambitions with the help of Odoo ERP software.
Robert Palm, Junior Project Manager
I have started my journey in the world of IT and business processes after several years of experience in logistics and customer service. The desire to move towards technology and process management led me to a career shift, during which I completed software development training and participated in several practical projects that provided a solid foundation for understanding how IT solutions operate from a business perspective.
I have nearly 4 years of experience using Odoo ERP software as a logistics specialist and coordinator. During this time, I encountered various business processes on a daily basis, which gave me a good understanding of Odoo's capabilities from a user perspective.
My strengths include systematic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders. Thanks to my previous experience in logistics and customer communication, I can effectively understand the practical needs of businesses and contribute to finding effective and user-friendly solutions.
